• Information you give us: name, billing and delivery address, email address, phone number, and order details when you make a purchase or contact us. (Payment card details are handled directly by our payment providers — we do not store full card numbers.)
• Information collected automatically: device and browser information, IP address, and how you use our site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your information

• To process and deliver your orders and handle returns and refunds.
• To provide customer support and respond to your messages.
• To send order and shipping updates.
• To send marketing emails, where you have agreed to receive them (you can unsubscribe at any time).
